Nexstar Media has announced the addition of three senior vice presidents to its advertising sales team, aimed at enhancing its operations following the appointment of a new president of national ad sales in July.
Todd Schwartzman is set to join as a senior vice president responsible for national sales, while Kristin Wnuk will assume the role of senior vice president for digital sales, strategy, and growth. Both will report directly to Dan Lanzano, the president of national sales. Additionally, Laura Lamattina has been elevated to senior vice president of marketing solutions and brand partnerships, also reporting to Lanzano.
“As we expand Nexstar’s national advertising capabilities, we are excited to bring these exceptional leaders onto our team,” Lanzano stated. “Their extensive experience and strategic insights will play a crucial role in enhancing Nexstar’s cross-platform sales strategies and providing unmatched partnership solutions for our agency allies and clients.”
Schwartzman previously served as senior vice president of portfolio commercial sales at AMC Networks and has held senior positions at BC America and SundanceTV. Wnuk most recently worked as executive vice president at Extreme Reach, and has prior experience with Hulu and Roku.
Schwartzman will oversee national sales, strategy, and partnership initiatives across Nexstar’s Networks division as well as its digital platforms, including The CW Network, NewsNation, Antenna TV, and Rewind TV. Wnuk will concentrate on developing strategic plans and growth initiatives for the Network division’s digital assets, including national spot sales, political sales, and programmatic sales.
Lamattina was formerly the vice president and creative director of branded entertainment at CW Network. In her new capacity, she will spearhead the creation and execution of custom sponsorships across Nexstar’s national sales division, along with managing brand partnerships and marketing integrations. She joined CW in 2019 following her roles at Lifetime, Disney, ABC, and B2+.
