Terrion Arnold may still take the field in the 2026 season, although not everyone is optimistic about it.
On Thursday, it was announced that the cornerback will be joining the reigning Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks. Details regarding the duration and financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed. This move comes about six weeks after Arnold was let go by the Lions following his arrest for kidnapping and robbery related to an incident in Tampa in February.

On the other hand, Seahawks backup quarterback Jalen Milroe is supportive of Arnold’s signing. Before Thursday’s practice, he shared his enthusiasm about reuniting with his former Alabama teammate:
“He’s going to give us everything he’s got. … He can do everything — whether it’s man(-coverage) corner, whether it’s traveling (around the defense) man, whether it’s playing zone, whether it’s press-and-bail (coverage), he’s diverse when it comes to the cornerback position.”
Milroe further added:
“Man, of course, he’s my best friend, so I can pump and hype him up a lot. … He can definitely be a difference-maker for us.”
