Kianna Underwood, a former cast member of Nickelodeon’s “All That,” tragically lost her life in a hit-and-run accident in Brooklyn’s Brownsville neighborhood. The incident occurred early Friday morning when a sedan struck Underwood as she was crossing the street at Pitkin and Mother Gaston Blvd. She was dragged for nearly two blocks before the vehicle fled the scene. The NYPD confirmed that the 33-year-old actress was pronounced dead at the scene, and no arrests have been made in connection with the accident.

Underwood was known for her appearances on “All That” alongside stars like Amanda Bynes, Nick Cannon, and Kenan Thompson. She also had a role in Nickelodeon’s “Little Bill,” where she voiced the character Fuchsia Glover, the cousin of the main character. Her talent extended beyond television, as she appeared in Nancy Savoca’s comedy film “The 24-Hour Woman” in 1999, starring alongside Rosie Perez, Marianne Jean-Baptiste, and Patti LuPone. Additionally, she lent her voice to an animated TV movie called “Santa, Baby” in 2001.

Born in New York City, Underwood’s career spanned various genres, including theater. She had the opportunity to tour with the musical “Hairspray,” showcasing her versatility as a performer. Despite her untimely passing, Underwood’s contributions to the entertainment industry will be remembered and celebrated by fans and colleagues alike.

The tragic loss of Kianna Underwood serves as a reminder of the dangers of hit-and-run accidents and the importance of road safety. Our thoughts are with her loved ones during this difficult time. May she rest in peace.
