A DoorDash driver from Upstate New York has been indicted after allegedly recording and sharing a TikTok video of a naked, unconscious customer she claimed had sexually harassed her.
Olivia Henderson, 23, appeared in Oswego County Court on Friday following a grand jury’s decision to proceed with felony charges related to the viral video she filmed during a delivery in 2025.
Henderson entered a not guilty plea through her attorney, as reported by NewsChannel 9. She was released as the legal proceedings continue and is scheduled to return to court in June.
The charges originate from an incident on October 12, 2025, where prosecutors allege Henderson filmed a man asleep without pants on his couch through his open doorway and then posted the video on TikTok.
The video, showing the man in his own home, gained significant attention, amassing nearly 30 million views before it was taken down.
According to court documents, Henderson is accused of “degrading” the individual by recording “intimate parts of such person at a place and time when such person has a reasonable expectation of privacy, without such person’s knowledge or consent.”
Henderson reported the incident as sexual harassment and filed a police report following the video’s release.
In the TikTok video, Henderson stated, “My customer requested that my order be left at their front door, and when I arrived at their house, their front door was wide open, and they were within eyesight of the front door, laying on the couch, indecently exposed to me.”
However, investigators later concluded that the man was passed out drunk inside his home and had not interacted with Henderson.
Henderson was subsequently arrested and charged with one count of unlawful surveillance in the second degree and one count of dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image in the first degree.
Her initial court appearance took place in December 2025 at Oswego City Court, where a video of the proceedings was widely shared on social media.
During Friday’s arraignment, Judge Armen Nazarian of Oswego County did not permit cameras in the courtroom.
Henderson declined to comment when approached by reporters outside the court.
Following the incident, DoorDash deactivated her account. The company stated, “Posting a video of a customer in their home, and disclosing their personal details publicly, is a clear violation of our policies.”
“That is the sole reason that this Dasher’s account was deactivated, along with the customer’s, while we investigated.”
Henderson remains free without bail as the case progresses.
If convicted, she faces a potential sentence of up to eight years in prison.
