The latest addition to the OnePlus tablet lineup, the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro, has finally been released in China. This highly anticipated device has been making waves in the tech community with its impressive specs and features. The OnePlus Pad 2 Pro is the successor to the OnePlus Pad 2, which was launched back in mid-2024.
Available for purchase on Oppo’s website in China, the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro comes with a starting price of 3,199 Chinese Yuan, which roughly translates to around ÂŁ330. The relationship between OnePlus and Oppo runs deep, as Oppo is the parent company of OnePlus. In fact, the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro shares many similarities with the Oppo Pad 4 Pro, including a 13.2-inch 144Hz LCD display with a resolution of 3,392 x 2,400.
Both tablets are powered by the same Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, making them some of the most powerful non-Apple tablets on the market. With a 12140 mAh battery and 67W wired charging support, the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro offers impressive battery life and fast charging capabilities. The tablet also features a 13MP camera and color spectrum sensor, along with running on ColorOS 15 UI, similar to its Oppo counterpart.
While the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro may seem like a rebranded version of the Oppo Pad 4 Pro, the lack of availability in the UK raises questions about its official launch in Western markets. Whether or not we will see the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro in the UK remains uncertain. Nevertheless, the tablet’s powerful performance and impressive features make it a strong contender in the tablet market. Stay tuned for updates on the global release of the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro.
