O’Keefe Media Group reveals Defense Department Branch Chief’s controversial remarks on President Trump

Nicolas Turza, the recently embroiled Branch Chief at the Department of Defense, has tendered his resignation following the release of undercover footage where he referred to President Trump as “illegitimate.”

On Wednesday, the O’Keefe Media Group unveiled a provocative video featuring Turza disparaging both President Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth. The footage captured Turza’s candid remarks, where he labeled Trump as “illegitimate” and expressed a commitment to oppose his actions.

Turza’s critique extended to Hegseth, whom he deemed “insanely young” and unqualified for his role. He articulated, “The same guy who tried to overthrow an election is truly leading us towards a dictatorship. He’s illegitimate, immorally breaking every norm. We must resist him at all costs,” showcasing a fervent discontent.

Expressing a deep sense of patriotism, Turza paradoxically claimed, “I’ve never felt less patriotic,” as he lamented the current political climate.

He further elaborated on Hegseth, stating, “Ultimately, he is my boss, but this is absurd. I know Pete Hegseth, and this reflects poorly on me. It’s a damning indictment of Trump’s judgment. Nobody I know should be in the Secretary of Defense role.” He continued to question Hegseth’s credentials, highlighting his relatively low military rank and youthfulness.

When pressed about Trump, Turza did not hold back: “His worst trait is his complete lack of moral principles… followed closely by his astonishing stupidity.”

In a twist of irony, James O’Keefe noted that Hegseth was likely unaware of Turza’s existence prior to the video’s release.
