Adrien Brody Wins Second Oscar for “The Brutalist”

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Adrien Brody took home his second leading man Oscar for his role in “The Brutalist” at the 97th annual Academy Awards. Mikey Madison was awarded the best actress statuette for her performance in “Anora,” which also won the coveted best picture award along with four other accolades.

Kieran Culkin won the Oscar for best supporting actor for his work on “A Real Pain,” while Zoe Saldaña received the award for best supporting actress for her role in “Emilia Pérez.” Sean Baker had a remarkable night, winning awards for screenplay, director, and editing for “Anora.”

Other notable winners include “Flow” for best animated feature film, Paul Tazewell for becoming the first Black man to win an Oscar for costume design for his work on “Wicked,” and “I’m Still Here” for best international film.
