Recently, Taylor made an appearance on MSNBC, where he seemed to sound the alarm among left-leaning audiences, suggesting that Trump might begin indiscriminately arresting his political adversaries. It’s a curious stance, given that similar tactics were frequently employed against Trump and his allies by the left for years.
In a bid to clarify his position, Taylor vehemently asserted that he is not a traitor, as if that would quell any lingering doubts about his past actions.
It’s almost astonishing how amnesiac some in this political landscape appear to be, conveniently forgetting the recent history of aggressive tactics employed against Trump and other Republicans. Who could forget the FBI’s dramatic raid on Roger Stone’s home, complete with a CNN camera crew to ensure maximum embarrassment?
Now, those who once orchestrated such spectacles feign surprise at the potential repercussions. Suddenly, there’s a newfound concern for fairness.
