Trump Accuses Adam Schiff of Mortgage Fraud, Calls for Prosecution

In a striking statement on Sunday evening, President Trump claimed that Congressman Adam Schiff is facing serious legal troubles due to alleged mortgage fraud, insisting that he should be imprisoned for his actions.

“Adam ‘Shifty’ Schiff is in BIG TROUBLE! He falsified loan documents. He once suggested my son would go to prison based on a SCAM that Schiff, alongside other ‘crooked’ Democrats, supposedly orchestrated to stage a coup. My son was completely innocent and had no involvement in this fictional narrative. It was an American tragedy! Now it’s time for Shifty to face real consequences for a real crime, not one fabricated by corrupt accusers!” Trump expressed in a post on Truth Social.

Earlier in the day, Trump reiterated his call for Schiff’s prosecution and provided what he claimed were damning receipts related to the alleged mortgage fraud.

“Adam Schiff is a THIEF! He should be prosecuted, just like they tried to prosecute me and everyone else. The only difference is that we were totally innocent—it was all a giant hoax!” Trump declared on Truth Social.

To bolster his claims, President Trump shared a screenshot of a signed and notarized affidavit in which Schiff stated that a mortgaged property in Maryland is his “principal residence.” This raises eyebrows, particularly since Schiff also owns a condominium in Los Angeles, which he also designates as his “primary residence.” This scenario fits the definition of textbook mortgage occupancy fraud.

Trump’s Allegations Against Adam Schiff Regarding Mortgage Fraud

On a recent episode of The Ingraham Angle, Laura Ingraham revealed that she had obtained a criminal referral that accuses Adam Schiff of serious financial misconduct—allegations that could have significant legal repercussions.

The referral, submitted to the Department of Justice by Housing Director Bill Pulte, accuses Schiff of falsifying bank documents and property records over a 16-year period to secure more favorable mortgage terms and rates. This purported fraud allegedly spanned from 2003 to 2019 and centers around a luxurious home in Potomac, Maryland, while Schiff simultaneously owned a condo in Burbank, California.

“The referral submitted to the DOJ by Housing Director Bill Pulte alleges that Schiff has repeatedly falsified bank documents and property records to obtain better loan terms—affecting payments for a property based in Potomac, Maryland, while he maintained a home in California,” Ingraham explained.
