President Trump recently shared his views on China’s potential spying activities through TikTok, stating that the social media app should not be a primary concern for Americans.

During an interview with Sean Hannity in the Oval Office, Trump expressed his belief that the real threat lies in electronic devices manufactured in China, such as smartphones, rather than TikTok.

He downplayed the concerns of TikTok being used for espionage purposes, suggesting that the platform is mainly used for entertainment by younger audiences.

Trump emphasized the importance of addressing the risks associated with electronic devices made in China, hinting at potential vulnerabilities in national security.

Following the TikTok ban and subsequent reversal, Trump is actively involved in negotiations to sell the app to American buyers in order to maintain its presence in the country.

Trump mentioned increased interest from potential buyers, indicating strategic negotiations to elevate the value of TikTok in the market.
