During this National Sexual Assault Awareness Month, the Administration commits to eradicating sexual assault and all forms of violence in the country by ensuring border security, deporting violent offenders, and reinstating law and order within urban areas.

The previous administration, in a significant compromise of American safety and sovereignty, facilitated the entry of violent criminal illegal aliens through an unguarded southern border. Prosecutors with radical left-wing ideologies turned city streets into battlegrounds by allowing rapists and other offenders to evade justice, thereby endangering innocent citizens. As a result, violent criminals were prioritized, and the safety of women, children, and families was jeopardized, leading to a preventable increase in sexual assaults nationwide. Since returning to office, this Administration has rapidly addressed these issues and made substantial progress in combating sexual assault.

Upon assuming the presidency, immediate measures were taken to halt the influx of violent illegal criminals through the southern border and dismantle human trafficking networks that have separated families, exploited women, and devastated communities. The largest mass deportation initiative in American history was launched to expel the most dangerous criminals, including rapists, gang members, and human traffickers who have caused widespread harm. Federal personnel and law enforcement resources were also deployed to secure the nation’s most perilous cities.

Under this Administration, the southern border has been secured, preventing dangerous sexual offenders from entering the country. Thousands of rapists have been prosecuted and removed from public spaces, leading to a decrease in sexual assaults and violent crime. The nation is now experiencing a level of safety unprecedented in over a century, with ongoing efforts to ensure further improvements.

This month, solidarity is expressed with every survivor of sexual assault, with a steadfast commitment to protecting communities. The Administration vows to continue its efforts until every American city is secure, every victim receives justice, and every sexual predator is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
