Prince Harry Could Face Legal Action Over Allegations of Drug Use in Visa Application

A recent report suggests that President Trump may support legal action against Prince Harry for allegedly lying on his U.S. visa application about drug use. According to sources, Trump has stated that he won’t deport Harry but would likely support a prosecution if necessary.

Harry’s mention of using cocaine, marijuana, and psychedelic mushrooms in his book “Spare” has raised eyebrows in Washington D.C. A conservative think tank questioned why he was allowed into the U.S. in 2020 after these revelations came to light.

In a surprising turn of events, U.S. judge Carl Nichols has agreed to release as much information as possible about how the royal, who is now 40 years old, entered the country. Despite a previous ruling that stated there was no strong public interest in disclosing Harry’s immigration records, a fresh challenge has led to this decision.

In a recent order, Judge Nichols instructed the government to identify which legal documents related to the case can be made public. Once this process is complete, the court will determine which portions of the materials can be shared with the public, including the Heritage Foundation who initiated the challenge.

President Trump has previously warned that Harry could face consequences if he lied about drug use on his U.S. visa application. It remains to be seen whether Trump will intervene and request the release of the documents in question.

It is clear that there is no love lost between the Sussexes and President Trump, and this legal battle could further strain their already contentious relationship.
