Sandbox VR CEO Steve Zhao expressed excitement about the ongoing partnership with Netflix, stating, âWeâre exploring a couple of other IPs right now, nothing signed yet. But having worked with Netflix on two IPs already, and getting the hang of working with them, itâs very organic for us to see what else is there. This could be definitely a multi-year relationship as we continue to explore what IPs could work.â
While Netflix is venturing into VR gaming content, the streaming service is also expanding its mobile game catalog, with an upcoming title based on âRebel Moonâ in the works. With the recent release of âSquid Game: Unleashedâ to coincide with the second season of the popular drama, Netflix is proving its commitment to providing interactive gaming experiences for its audience.
