Court documents obtained by Us Magazine painted a grim picture of Phypers’ financial woes. His monthly expenses were detailed, revealing a staggering $15,000 for rent, $1,500 for health care, $2,000 for dining out, $1,300 for his cell phone, $3,200 for laundry and cleaning services, $4,800 for groceries and household supplies, and $3,000 for automobile expenses.
Additionally, Phypers disclosed a crushing debt of $61,000. This debt included $180,000 owed to his landlord for overdue rent and repairs, $120,000 in arrears for his previous office space, $230,000 from a loan he acquired, $250,000 to a company named High Velocity Admin., $50,000 to his legal counsel, and $20,000 to another law firm.
With a total debt of $850,000 looming over him, Phypers found himself in a precarious financial predicament. The mounting debts and monthly expenses had pushed him to seek financial assistance from Richards in a bid to alleviate the burden on his shoulders.
