Sabrina Carpenter, Selena Gomez, and Andrew Garfield have been selected as recipients of the prestigious Gold Anthem Award at the 5th annual Anthem Awards, presented by the Webby Awards. These awards aim to celebrate individuals and organizations making a positive impact on society globally.

Carpenter, Gomez, and Garfield are being recognized for their outstanding work with PLUS1, Rare Beauty, and Sesame Workshop respectively. Other notable Gold honorees include Katie Couric and the Colorectal Cancer Alliance, Lauren & Seth Rogen and AARP, Lilly Singh and Unicorn Island Fund, as well as several other impactful organizations such as Ad Council, Google, GLAAD, and Make-A-Wish America.

In addition to the Gold Anthem Award recipients, the Anthem Awards also honor individuals and organizations with special achievement awards for their dedication to creating lasting change. This year’s special achievement awardees include advocate of the year Paris Hilton, athlete of the year Frances Tiafoe, impact creator of the year Brooke Eby, philanthropists of the year Tim Gill and Scott Miller, and vision award recipient Vincent Stanley.

Furthermore, organizations such as Dept, Google, AARP, Mobilize Recovery, and Public Inc. and Meals On Wheels America’s End The Wait have been recognized with special achievement awards for their outstanding contributions to social impact and empowerment.

Patricia McLoughlin, general manager of the Anthem Awards, expressed her admiration for this year’s winners, stating, “While we continue to navigate social and political challenges and disruptions, the winners of the 5th annual Anthem Awards are a reminder that when we are united in collective action, great change can happen and truly make an impact for the better.”
