Starting Strongest Shinobi Mastery in Sailor Piece
To begin mastering the Strongest Shinobi, ensure it is in your inventory. This combat style is taught by the Strongest Shinobi Trainer on Ninja Island. You need to obtain the Battlefield Warlord Title and provide 40,000 Gems, 15 Power Remnants, 8 Battle Sigils, 3 Eternal Cores, and 1 Path Fragment to the trainer to proceed.
After acquiring the melee, use the portal to teleport to Ninja Island. Proceed to the left side of the island to find a character dressed in black-and-red. This is the Strongest Shinobi F Move Mastery NPC, who facilitates unlocking the ultimate skill.
Unlike most Mastery NPCs, this one does not assign quests but allows you to craft the F move for the style.
Unlocking the F Move of Strongest Shinobi in Sailor Piece
Several items are needed to unlock the Strongest Shinobi’s ultimate ability:
- Warlord Race
- 2x Path Fragment
- 5x Eternal Core
- 10x Battle Sigil
The Warlord is a Mythic Race, making it extremely rare and requiring possibly hundreds of Race Rerolls. These rerolls can be found in chests, dropped by enemies and bosses, or purchased from the Merchant on Sailor Island.
The Path Fragment, Eternal Core, and Battle Sigil are obtained from the Strongest Shinobi boss, which spawns periodically on Ninja Island. As this is an endgame enemy, improving your stats is advised before facing the boss.
Once you have the Warlord Race and all required items, interact with the Strongest Shinobi F Move Mastery NPC. This will unlock the Strongest Shinobi style’s F move and increase its damage by 30%.
