A new docuseries delving into the tumultuous life of Sean “Diddy” Combs is currently in development by Investigation Discovery and Maxine Productions, the team behind “Quiet on Set.” This announcement comes hot on the heels of Combs being formally charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution.

The upcoming project, which remains untitled at this time, aims to shed light on the allegations of violent behavior and illicit activities that have long followed the music mogul. As disturbing accounts of sexual assault, abusive conduct, and other troubling claims come to the forefront, the docuseries will trace the journey of this self-proclaimed Bad Boy, uncovering a pattern of alleged depravity.

Following the unsealing of the indictment and Combs pleading not guilty during a Manhattan court appearance, he was denied bail and is currently in federal custody awaiting trial. If convicted, Combs could face a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years, with the possibility of life behind bars.

The indictment paints a grim picture of Combs, alleging years of violent and coercive behavior towards women. Shocking claims include orchestrating prolonged “freak-offs” where women were coerced into sexual acts with male sex workers, sometimes recorded on camera. Other accusations detail physical abuse such as hitting, kicking, and hair-pulling, as well as a harrowing incident of kidnapping at gunpoint and arson using a Molotov cocktail. Despite these serious charges, Combs’ lawyer maintains his client’s innocence and plans to appeal the bail denial.

The docuseries will feature interviews with alleged victims, along with comprehensive coverage from Rolling Stone and archival footage. Produced in collaboration with Rolling Stone Films, the project is scheduled to debut in 2025 on ID and Max.
