Shane Gillis‘ hit comedy series “Tires” has officially been renewed for a highly anticipated Season 3 on the popular streaming platform Netflix, as reported by Variety. Fans of the show can rejoice as they can look forward to more hilarious antics from the beloved characters.

The announcement of the renewal comes shortly after the successful premiere of Season 2, which debuted on Netflix on June 5. Gillis took the initiative to self-finance the initial six-episode season of “Tires,” eventually catching the attention of Netflix, who acquired the show in a lucrative deal that also secured another stand-up special for Gillis on the platform.

Set to premiere in 2026, Season 3 of “Tires” promises to deliver more laughs and memorable moments for viewers. The talented cast, which includes Steven Gerben, Chris O’Connor, Kilah Fox, and Stavros Halkias, will be returning for the upcoming season. Season 2 featured an array of guest stars such as Andrew Schulz, Vince Vaughn, and Jon Lovitz, adding to the show’s charm.

The storyline of “Tires” revolves around Will, played by Gerben, who finds himself in a challenging position as the heir to an auto repair chain, struggling to navigate the business with the constant interference of his mischievous cousin and employee, Shane, portrayed by Gillis.

During the second season, fans witnessed Will and Shane grappling with the unexpected success of a major marketing campaign, leading to even more hilarious and chaotic situations. The dynamic between the two characters has been a highlight of the show, captivating audiences with their comedic chemistry.

The series was co-created by Gillis and Gerben, along with McKeever, who also serves as the director. The trio also serves as executive producers, with Gillis and McKeever producing under Dad Sick Productions. Brandon James executive produces alongside Brian Stern and Kenneth Slotnick for AGI Entertainment Media & Management, as well as Becky Astphan.

As fans eagerly await the return of “Tires” for its third season, the show continues to solidify its place as a must-watch comedy series on Netflix. Stay tuned for more updates and antics from Will, Shane, and the rest of the gang in the upcoming season.
