The Grammy-winning artist, known for her signature wig that conceals her face, was spotted in Los Angeles with her one-year-old son, Somersault, who looked adorable in his mini crayon outfit while being cradled in his mother’s arms.

Sia appeared to be in high spirits as she strolled through the neighborhood with her son, flashing a bright smile in the photos captured during their Trick-or-Treating adventure. Somersault, who was also seen rolling around in a stroller pushed by a man believed to be his uncle Jon Bernad, seemed to be enjoying the festive evening.

However, the joyful Halloween celebration comes at the end of a challenging week for Sia, as she continues to navigate a contentious custody battle with Daniel Bernad, her estranged husband.

Earlier, Bernad had filed for emergency custody of Somersault, citing concerns about Sia’s alleged substance abuse issues. In response, Sia, represented by top divorce attorney Laura Wasser, accused Bernad of misconduct, including allegations of child pornography.

Despite the legal turmoil, a judge denied the emergency motion for custody and has instructed both parties to engage in mediation to reach a mutually agreeable custody arrangement.
