Louisiana Dad Accused of Raping Friend After Refusing to Drink Breast Milk
A shocking incident unfolded in West Monroe, Louisiana, where a 38-year-old man, Cecil Fuller, is facing charges of second-degree rape after allegedly assaulting a longtime friend just two weeks after she gave birth. The disturbing incident occurred when Fuller visited the new mom in her home and made a bizarre request to drink her breast milk, which she vehemently refused, as reported by KTVE.
The situation escalated quickly as Fuller followed the woman into her bedroom and proceeded to rape her. The victim was left terrified and unable to breathe as Fuller allegedly choked her during the assault. The harrowing ordeal only came to an end when the woman’s baby woke up and began crying, prompting Fuller to stop the attack, according to police reports.
Following the assault, the victim sought help at Glenwood Regional Medical Center, where she recounted the horrifying experience to law enforcement. Fuller was subsequently arrested and taken into custody at the Ouachita Correctional Center, where he remains detained without bond.
Fuller, a father of two who recently separated from his wife, appeared visibly distraught in his mugshot, with dark circles under his eyes. This is not the first time he has been in trouble with the law, as he was previously arrested in November 2023 for drug-related offenses that resulted in two individuals overdosing.
During the 2023 drug-related incident, authorities discovered a cache of illegal substances, including prescription pills, marijuana, synthetic marijuana, and methamphetamines, at the scene where the overdoses occurred. Fuller was charged with six counts of possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance.
In addition to the 2023 arrest, Fuller also had a brush with the law in 2018 when he was apprehended for smoking meth in a residence where young children were present. His history of criminal behavior paints a troubling picture of a man with a pattern of illegal activities and disregard for the well-being of others.
