The incident, which occurred in the early hours of Saturday morning, left Jarvey Barfield with fatal injuries after a confrontation with a group of unidentified individuals turned deadly at 8th Avenue Food Convenience in Harlem.
According to the police, Barfield was stabbed multiple times during the brawl, which initially started inside the deli before spilling out onto the sidewalk and street. Despite his efforts to flee, Barfield collapsed a block away and was found unconscious by authorities. He was rushed to Harlem Hospital but succumbed to his wounds.
