Like everyone, I’m struggling to understand what happened that night and how to pick up the pieces and start to heal,” Aldean said. “So many people are hurting. On October 7, 2023, Pete Davidson reflected on the Hamas attack on Israel, drawing from his own experiences of tragedy, including his father’s death on 9/11. He acknowledged the suffering of children in Israel and Gaza, expressing that no one deserves to endure such pain. Davidson highlighted the role of comedy in navigating through tragedy and vowed to continue using humor in the face of adversity.

Looking ahead, the “SNL50: The Anniversary Special” is set to air on February 16, featuring a star-studded lineup of celebrities. The show will include performances and appearances by Tom Hanks, Eddie Murphy, Tina Fey, and many more. Prior to the special, there will be a one-hour red carpet event showcasing the talent and excitement surrounding the anniversary celebration.
