Reality television star Grace Lilly, known for her role in “Southern Hospitality,” found herself in hot water after being arrested on a drug possession charge in Charleston County, South Carolina, on Tuesday, March 10. According to online court records, Lilly, 27, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor offense in the state. She was later released on a personal recognizance bond set at $10,575.
Lilly is scheduled to appear in court on May 1 for an initial hearing regarding her arrest, with a follow-up appearance set for August 21. This recent arrest follows a previous incident in December 2025 when Lilly was arrested for harassment. During that incident, she was pulled over at a gas station for an illegal lane change and found to be in possession of pills labeled as “Happy Pills.” Despite claiming the pills were Xanax and birth control, Lilly could not provide proof of a prescription at the time.
In an exclusive interview with Us Weekly, Lilly spoke about her experience working on “Southern Hospitality,” a spinoff of the popular Bravo show “Southern Charm.” The show, which follows the staff of Leva Bonaparte’s Republic nightclub in Charleston, premiered in 2022 and is currently in its fourth season. Lilly mentioned that the cast of “Southern Charm” has been generally friendly, with the exception of Austen Kroll who she described as being a bit dismissive.
