The historic house, dating back to 1837, sits on three acres of land, providing Ross with the perfect environment for inspiration and creativity.

In a recent conversation, Ross shared his excitement about his new surroundings, stating, “It’s the ideal scenario in which to think, and contemplate, and have psychedelic outlashes of thought. And to make art, and to have that atelier component.” This move marks a significant shift from the urban landscape that influenced A-Cold-Wall, as Ross embraces the tranquility and serenity of his rural retreat.

With a vision to establish a modern British Atelier that combines craftsmanship and innovation, Ross has enlisted the expertise of a seasoned tailor and his assistant to create a collection that embodies elegance and luxury. The suiting features half silk-lined linen, while outerwear showcases opulent materials such as velvet, silk, and linen. Ostrich feathers adorn coats and trousers, adding a touch of decadence to the pieces.

All garments are proudly made in the UK, in line with Ross’s commitment to local production. The only exception is a pair of handcrafted loafers from Morocco. Tote bags crafted from deer hide and napa leather further highlight the brand’s dedication to quality and craftsmanship.

Ross explains, “Most of my stories thus far have been about social restraint, dissonance, alienation, and grieving, almost. At this point, that’s not where my mind is at. I’m far more interested in illuminating stories that offer social mobility to my generation and to my people. I think that’s way more interesting.” This shift in focus reflects Ross’s exploration of new narratives that celebrate social mobility and cultural diversity.
