Companies Making Headlines in Extended Trading
Adobe saw its shares plummet over 10% after issuing soft guidance for the fiscal fourth quarter. The software company forecasted revenue between $5.50 billion and $5.55 billion, falling short of analysts’ expectations of $5.61 billion. Adjusted earnings per share guidance also missed estimates, coming in at $4.63 to $4.68 per share.
Oracle experienced a nearly 6% increase in its stock price after raising its revenue guidance during an analyst day. The cloud software company now expects 2026 revenue to reach at least $66 billion, surpassing both its previous guidance and analysts’ forecasts.
Neurocrine Biosciences faced a decline of more than 2% as its investigational drug luvadaxistat, intended for the treatment of schizophrenia, failed to meet primary endpoints in a phase two study.
RH witnessed a surge of almost 19% following a strong performance in the fiscal second quarter. The home furnishings company reported adjusted earnings of $1.69 per share on $830 million in revenue, surpassing analysts’ expectations.
Aptiv PLC saw a 1.7% increase in its stock price after CEO Kevin Clark purchased nearly 30,000 shares, as disclosed in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
