Following a vehicle crash into two office buildings in Centennial on Monday morning, one person was transported to the hospital, as reported by South Metro Fire Rescue.

Emergency crews from South Metro and Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the office park located in the 6400 block of South Quebec Street at approximately 11:06 a.m., according to information shared on X.

An incident involving a silver SUV occurred, resulting in the vehicle colliding with the exterior of one building and two cars before ultimately smashing through a window into a second office building. Fortunately, no individuals inside the buildings sustained any injuries, confirmed fire officials.

All 14 businesses situated in the second building were evacuated for safety precautions. The first building sustained structural damage and is currently being stabilized by rescue teams.

The city’s building inspector will assume responsibility for assessing the condition of the second building, while the sheriff’s office is conducting an investigation into the cause of the crash.

As this is an ongoing situation, further updates may follow.
