This week in Hollywood, even as many of us are on holiday break, the red carpets were still buzzing with activity. The best dressed stars made sure to bring a touch of festive spirit to their looks, even if they didn’t go full-on Christmas mode with sequins, velvets, reds, golds, and greens.

One standout was Michelle Obama, who continued to promote her fashion book, “The Look.” She wowed in a red tweed outfit by Chanel designer Matthieu Blazy, showcasing a fringed top that would steal the show at any holiday gathering. Amanda Seyfried also made a statement at the premiere of “The Housemaid” in Los Angeles, wearing a dazzling red sequinned number by Monse, combining festive flair with high fashion.

Winter outerwear took center stage as well, with “Stranger Things” co-stars Maya Hawke and Natalia Dyer showcasing different styling approaches in New York. Dyer went for an edgy black McQueen leather ensemble with a unique button closure, while Hawke opted for a chic animal-print Prada coat. Both looks may not scream traditional holiday style, but they perfectly captured the cozy-chic vibe of December fashion.

What were your favorite celebrity looks of the week? Cast your vote below and stay tuned to see who will be crowned best dressed by Vogue readers on Friday. Let the holiday glamour continue on the red carpet!
