“The Graham Norton Show” has secured a renewal for an additional three seasons with the BBC.

Currently enjoying its 33rd season, this popular talk show featured megastar Taylor Swift in its latest episode alongside renowned guests like Cillian Murphy, Greta Lee, Jodie Turner-Smith, Domhnall Gleeson, and Lewis Capaldi. The new three-year contract ensures that Norton and So Television will produce the next three seasons for BBC One and iPlayer, starting with Season 34 next year.

According to the BBC, “The Graham Norton Show‘s” current season has recorded an average of 2.9 million viewers per episode, maintaining its status as the leading chat show in the U.K. The series is celebrated for drawing A-list celebrities, which has resulted in millions of views across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

Graham Norton expressed his excitement in a statement, saying, “Hosting my own chat show is an immense pleasure and honor. I am delighted that the BBC has given me the opportunity to continue for another three years. The team is eager to showcase the world’s most dazzling stars to the wonderful British audience!”

Kalpna Patel-Night, the BBC’s head of entertainment who commissions the show, added, “We are excited that ‘The Graham Norton Show’ will continue as a central feature of the BBC’s entertainment lineup for another three series. Graham sets the gold standard for celebrity interviews and continues to bring remarkable global talent to his couch, which is why the show is so treasured by our viewers.”

Originally launched on BBC Two in 2007 for two seasons, “The Graham Norton Show” later became a staple of BBC One’s Friday night programming. Throughout its run, the show has garnered numerous awards, including BAFTA TV Awards, National Television Awards, British Comedy Awards, and RTS Television Awards.
