The source revealed, “Meghan was being bullish, Kate found her abrasive. There was definitely a hope from Kate’s side that William could mediate and resolve the issues, but that did not happen. Ultimately, Kate focused on her three young children and saw the inevitable separation of paths, although perhaps not to the extent that it eventually occurred.”
