Fairly Made
Fairly Made, an SaaS platform that helps brands trace their supply chains and assess their environmental impact, received a minority investment from 1686 Partners. The terms of the investment were undisclosed, but the funding will be used to accelerate Fairly Made’s international expansion. The company has previously worked with prestigious brands such as LVMH, Balmain, and SMCP.

Markmi
Markmi, a startup that uses AI to help fashion retailers with their markdown strategy, secured €1.1 million in seed funding. The investors include Luc Van Mol, the Torfs family, and several other prominent figures in the industry. Markmi plans to develop a fully AI-powered pricing platform for fashion retailers, expanding into areas like full-price optimization and promo management.

Wild
Wild, a UK-based brand known for its natural deodorants and plastic-free packaging, was acquired by Unilever. The terms of the acquisition were undisclosed, but Unilever’s president of personal care, Fabian Garcia, praised Wild for its innovative approach to formulations and packaging. Wild’s products, which also include lip balms, body washes, and hand washes, will complement Unilever’s existing personal care portfolio.

Yepoda
Yepoda, a K-beauty brand known for its innovative, clean formulations, announced a significant funding round to support its expansion efforts. The company, which made over €65 million in revenue in 2024, is planning to accelerate its Europe-wide rollout at Sephora and launch in the US. Founded in 2020, Yepoda has quickly gained recognition for its high-quality products and commitment to sustainability.
