The recent knife attack in Manhattan has claimed its third victim, as the 36-year-old woman succumbed to her injuries in the hospital. The perpetrator, identified as 51-year-old Ramon Rivera, confessed to the random killings that occurred during a broad-daylight stabbing spree.
Two other individuals, a 36-year-old male construction worker and a 68-year-old man fishing in the East River, were also killed in separate stabbings across Manhattan, according to police reports.
Rivera, a homeless man with a history of criminal offenses and mental health issues, reportedly admitted to the unprovoked stabbings that spanned the borough throughout the day.
