Tori Spelling is no stranger to facing criticism about her appearance, but she recently made it clear that she is tired of the cruel comments. In a candid conversation with Dr. Terry Dubrow on her podcast “misSPELLING,” the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum opened up about how hurtful the constant plastic surgery rumors can be.
“It’s horrific,” Spelling admitted, revealing that the speculation about her appearance takes a toll on her despite her efforts to ignore it. As she approaches her 53rd birthday in May, the actress has been working on embracing her natural look.
“I purposely go the other way because every photo I put up, people say, ‘Stop with the filler,’” Spelling shared. The mother of five, who shares children with ex-husband Dean McDermott, confessed that she has considered undergoing cosmetic procedures just to satisfy the critics who claim she has already had work done.
The actress previously addressed rumors about her plastic surgery history, including a not-so-conventional breast augmentation she had at the age of 19. Spelling recalled the experience of getting her first boob job at an outpatient surgery center in a strip mall, admitting that she later regretted the decision and opted for a second procedure to go smaller.
In 2025, Spelling also addressed trolls who commented on the “gaping hole in her chest,” explaining that it is a medical condition called pectus excavatum that is genetic and runs in her family. Despite the criticism, she proudly asserted that her unique physical features are a part of who she is and not something to be ashamed of.
Through her podcast and public statements, Tori Spelling has been vocal about her journey to self-acceptance and the challenges of dealing with online scrutiny. As she continues to navigate the pressures of Hollywood and social media, she remains determined to embrace her natural beauty and shut down the haters who try to bring her down.
