āI purposely go the other way because every photo I put up, people say, āStop with the filler,āā Spelling shared. The mother of five, who shares children with ex-husband Dean McDermott, confessed that she has considered undergoing cosmetic procedures just to satisfy the critics who claim she has already had work done.
