According to The Gateway Pundit, the NFL has revealed that the Puerto Rican artist Bad Bunny, known for his anti-Trump stances, will headline the Apple Music Halftime Show during Super Bowl LX. This highly anticipated event is set to take place at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, on February 8, 2026.

Bad Bunny has not been shy about expressing his criticism of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), even going so far as to announce in an interview that he would refrain from touring in the U.S. for fear of ICE detaining fans outside of his concerts. His disdain culminated in a video posted earlier this year where he railed against ICE agents in Puerto Rico.

In a display of esoteric bravado, he told critics, “You have four months” to master the Spanish language.

While Bad Bunny claims to care about the implications of ICE’s presence, the agency routinely attends significant public events, including the Super Bowl, under the guise of maintaining security—specifically to tackle human trafficking, counterfeit merchandise, and unlawful immigration. Reports indicate that ICE established a robust presence at the 2025 Super Bowl, concentrating on the identification and apprehension of individuals involved in illegal activities.

Kristi Noem, Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, confirmed the presence of ICE agents will be ensured once again during this year’s Super Bowl.

“We’ll be all over that place. We are going to enforce the law. You shouldn’t be coming to the Super Bowl unless you are a law-abiding American citizen,” she stated emphatically.
