Charlie Kirk‘s tragic assassination has sent shockwaves across the nation. In the wake of this calamity, two entrepreneurs are attempting to profit from his death by filing trademarks, as reported by RadarOnline.com.
Just five days after Kirk’s untimely death, a Pennsylvania resident named Terrance Malone submitted documents to trademark the phrase “Charlie Kirk’s Life Matters.” Malone expressed his belief that there’s nothing wrong with his intentions to create a clothing line featuring this slogan.

Who Is Trying To Profit From Kirk’s Death?
The 50-year-old Malone revealed that his ambition is to produce various apparel items, including jackets, board shorts, fur hats, and hunting pants, all featuring his new trademarked phrase.
However, Malone isn’t the only one looking to capitalize on Kirk’s death; a second trademark application was filed on Sunday, September 21, by Jasmine Wong. Her application aims to use Kirk’s name to produce a range of products, including dresses, pajamas, and even baby clothing.
In her filing, Wong remarked, “The name, portrait, likeness, or signature showing in the mark does not identify a living individual,” suggesting that she sees no ethical issue in her pursuit.
While both applications are still pending approval, the prospects look dim for Malone and Wong, as Kirk’s estate would need to authorize the use of his likeness and name for their ventures.

The response to Malone and Wong’s plans have been largely negative. An insider voiced their discontent to RadarOnline.com, stating, “On the surface, this appears to be a desperate attempt by two individuals to monetize the death of Charlie Kirk.”
“It feels opportunistic,” the source added, noting that if Malone and Wong lack any personal connection to Charlie or his organization, Turning Point USA, they could be met with substantial legal challenges.
Kirk, 31, was fatally shot on September 10 during an event on a college campus in Utah. Tyler Robinson, 22, was apprehended and faces multiple charges, including aggravated murder and felony discharge of a firearm, as investigations continue.
The alleged assailant is reportedly facing the death penalty.

Trump’s Tumultuous Tribute to Kirk
On September 21, a memorial service attended by thousands took place at State Farm Stadium in Arizona to honor Kirk, who was referred to as a “martyr” by President Trump. However, Trump’s late arrival to the event sparked criticism, as he was seen behind a thick sheet of bulletproof glass during the proceedings.
Social media users even accused the former President of dozing off during the tribute, prompting reactions from viewers such as, “Is Trump asleep at Kirk’s memorial already? How embarrassing.”

During his speech, the 79-year-old Trump took the opportunity to redirect the focus onto himself, declaring, “In that private moment, on his dying day, we find everything we need to know about who Charlie Kirk truly was.” He characterized Kirk as “a missionary with a noble spirit and a great, great purpose,” contrasting himself by stating, “I hate my opponent, and I don’t want the best for them,” a comment that drew disapproving remarks.
He continued, “I’m sorry, Erika,” referring to Kirk’s wife, Erika, as he seemed to contradict the very values he attributed to Kirk.
