Two Men Found Dead in Suspected Murder-Suicide in Long Island
On Monday, two men were tragically found shot dead in what authorities are investigating as a murder-suicide on Long Island. The incident took place in Lindenhurst, where Marek Gusciora, 66, was discovered with a gunshot wound to his chest in the front yard of his home on Nevada Street near Park Avenue.
Gusciora was pronounced dead at the scene by Suffolk County Police. Shortly after, an investigation led authorities to the parking lot of an LA Fitness about a half-mile away, where Augustyn Jedra, 69, who was homeless, was found dead with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the chest.
