The series has announced its cast, which includes Tyler Lepley as Owen, Mike Merrill as Cameron, Da’Vinchi as Noah, Eltony Williams as Jermaine, Brock O’Hurn as Ethan, Joe Hunter as Chief Bailey, Karen Obilom as Laura, Brittany S. Hall as Angela, Mariah Goodie as Rhonda, Jordan Rodriguez as Brent, and Judi Moon as Darcy.

“Tyler Perry’s Where There’s Smoke” has already begun production in Atlanta, Georgia. Alongside Perry, Angi Bones and Tony Strickland are producing for Tyler Perry Studios. This new series follows the success of Perry’s previous Netflix show, “Beauty in Black,” which has garnered popularity with the first two seasons spending a total of 10 weeks in Netflix’s global English TV Top 10. “Beauty in Black” has recently been renewed for a third season, solidifying Perry’s status as a powerhouse in the streaming world.
