UFC star Arianny Celeste has taken legal action against her ex-fiancé, Hamlet Walsh, and The Agency Las Vegas, accusing them of intentional misrepresentation and fraudulent inducement. According to court documents, Celeste alleges that she was misled into selling her property in Los Angeles to purchase a home in Las Vegas, under the pretense that it was a solid investment.
The lawsuit claims that Walsh, who was working as an agent for The Agency Las Vegas, convinced Celeste to buy the property in her name, assuring her that he would have no ownership interest in it. However, as the closing date approached, Celeste discovered that Walsh was listed as a co-buyer on the home without her consent.
Despite Celeste’s repeated requests to have Walsh’s name removed from the purchase agreement, the brokerage insisted that it could not be changed until after the closing. Celeste eventually purchased the property, but her relationship with Walsh deteriorated, leading her to inform him that he would not be named as a co-owner.
Following their split, Walsh refused to transfer his ownership interest in the property to Celeste, leaving her with no choice but to file a lawsuit seeking to establish her sole ownership rights and clear the title in her name. She is also seeking financial damages, attorney fees, punitive damages, and any other relief deemed appropriate by the court.
The legal battle between Celeste and Walsh highlights the importance of transparency and honesty in real estate transactions, as well as the need for individuals to protect their interests and assets in such situations.
