Derek Rucker, 37, was ordered to be detained after prosecutors described a series of violent acts linked to the towering 6-foot-5, 250-pound man.
In late August, another suspect, William Livingston, 32, who has become the subject of numerous CWBChicago stories since 2022, was also detained after prosecutors alleged he randomly assaulted a woman in the Loop, resulting in significant injuries.
