A new wanted poster has been released in the ongoing search for Travis Decker, a fugitive father suspected of murdering his three young daughters. The search for the ex-soldier has entered its third week, with authorities working tirelessly to track him down.
Late Tuesday, authorities released three photos showing digitally altered images of Decker to demonstrate how he may have changed his appearance while on the run. The 32-year-old father is considered “armed and dangerous,” and the altered images show him with his usual long hair, as well as with a shaved head and no facial hair.
Decker failed to return his daughters to his ex-wife after a custody visit on May 30. Three days later, his three daughters – Paityn, 9, Evelyn, 8, and Olivia, 5 – were found dead at a campground in Wenatchee, Washington. Since then, large-scale search crews have been combing remote areas of the state in search of Decker.
Despite rumors circulating on social media, the Chelan County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Decker is still at large and has not been apprehended. The authorities are actively investigating leads and processing evidence collected at the crime scene.
Multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Washington Army National Guard, are conducting round-the-clock searches by air and on the ground in hopes of locating Decker. The US Marshals Service is offering a reward of up to $20,000 for any information that leads to his capture.
The search for Travis Decker continues, and authorities are urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to come forward. The community remains on high alert as the hunt for the fugitive father intensifies.
