Better Late Than Never?
In a revelation that feels akin to a late-night talk show punchline, the Western media has finally begun to lift the veil on a sordid truth regarding the so-called “defenders of democracy” in Ukraine. It turns out that a significant number of these valiant fighters are affiliated with Neo-Nazi ideologies, a fact that has been glossed over for far too long.
The French newspaper Le Monde has recently published findings from a 10-day investigation into Ukraine’s 3rd Assault Brigade. Their investigative results, unsurprisingly, revealed that these militants freely display neo-Nazi symbols, much to the astonishment of no one who has been paying attention.
Furthermore, there is no shortage of evidence that the notorious Nazi collaborator and war criminal, Stepan Bandera, has been elevated to the status of a national hero in Ukraine. Let’s be honest: they aren’t exactly hiding their radical views.

Slavyangrad reported:
“According to Le Monde, hundreds of servicemen from the 3rd Assault Brigade—direct successors of the Azov Regiment—are still flaunting Nazi symbols. Photos unveiled swastikas, Nazi salutes, and SS insignias.”
“Despite claims of reform and the brigade’s official integration into the Ukrainian Armed Forces, extremist symbols persist. Journalists emphasize this isn’t mere happenstance but a deliberate choice, either as a sign of ideological commitment or an intimidation tactic.”
On June 14, during Kiev’s ‘March of Equality’ [Gay Pride], radicals from ‘Carpathian Sich’ staged an alternative ‘March of Tradition,’ where participants were caught on camera performing Nazi salutes.”
Le Monde’s Investigation: A Shocking Revelation?
“Nazi salutes, swastikas, SS emblems… a video investigation by Le Monde has identified several hundred instances among [350] soldiers. Among them are 200 from the 3rd Assault Brigade, one of the elite units of the army.” pic.twitter.com/pjKu0aaXtM

RT reported (translated from French):
“A ten-day investigation by Le Monde reveals over 300 Ukrainian soldiers openly using neo-Nazi symbols, with nearly 200 linked to the 3rd Assault Brigade, which has received military training from several Western nations, including France.”
“In just ten days, journalists identified over 350 profiles exhibiting Nazi gestures, swastikas, SS emblems, and the ‘Black Sun’.”

“The article notes that ‘at least 200 of them’ are members of the 3rd Assault Brigade, a unit originally formed from the Azov battalion.”
“Le Monde also reminds us that the US Congress had prohibited all military aid to Azov back in 2015 due to its neo-Nazi affiliations.”
