The Bates family continues to grow, with new additions on the horizon for several family members.
On October 1, 2025, Tori Bates and her spouse, Bobby Smith, announced they were expecting their sixth child. Since marrying in 2017, the couple has welcomed sons Robert IV, Kolter, and Weston Slade, along with daughters Charlotte and Cambree.
“It’s been a minute since I’ve shared here (I apparently only pop in for the big moments in life 😊)… but this time is too precious not to highlight: Baby #6 is set to join our family in March 2026! 🎉❤️,” wrote Tori and Bobby on Instagram.
Simultaneously, Zach Bates and his wife, Whitney Bates, are also gearing up to welcome their sixth child.
“You know the saying… One is company, two is a crowd, three is a party, four is a circus, and five is a team,” the couple wrote in a joint Instagram video in September 2025. “And six is a full squad!!!!”

In October 2025, Tori and Bobby joyfully shared on their social media platforms that baby number six is expected to arrive in March 2026.
“Baby #6 is coming in March 2026! 🎉❤️,” the couple expressed on their shared Instagram account with a collection of family pictures. “Our home is filled with little feet and sticky kisses, and while things can be chaotic, our hearts overflow with love. It’s such a blessing to see Kade, Kolter, Charlotte, Cami, and Slade getting ready for their new sibling. Love only deepens with each precious little life.”
In addition to welcoming this new baby, Tori and Bobby are already proud parents to children Kade, Kolter, Weston Slade, Charlotte, and Cambree. They expressed their gratitude for being blessed with this life and experiencing God’s abundant blessings each year.
Zach Bates
In September 2025, Zach and Whitney announced they were expecting their sixth little one.
“You know what they say… One’s company, two’s a crowd, three’s a party, four’s a circus, and five’s a team. And six is an entire squad!!!!” the couple, who are parents to Bradley, Jayden, Kaci, Khloé, and Lily Jo, posted on their joint Instagram account.
Lawson Bates
Lawson and his spouse, Tiffany Bates, announced in June 2025 that they are expecting their second child.
“Our family’s sequel production is officially underway 🍿🎉,” the couple shared via Instagram. “BABY 2 COMING WINTER 2025 🌟.”
Josie Bates
In July 2025, Josie, married to Kelton Balka, announced they are expecting their fourth child, joining their kids Willow, Hazel, and Miles.
