A group of six individuals assaulted a 74-year-old man outside a 7-Eleven in Baltimore last week, attempting both physical harm and robbery, according to police reports.
Surveillance footage released on Wednesday by Baltimore police captures the suspects, all wearing hoodies, repeatedly knocking the elderly man to the ground and hurling objects at him.

In a particularly alarming moment captured on video, one of the attackers appears to aim an assault rifle at the victim while another wields a sword.
The attempted robbery took place just before 4 a.m. on July 7 at the 7-Eleven located on Liberty Heights Avenue in the Northern District of the city.
Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott recently announced a decrease in violent crime, highlighting that there have been 50 homicides reported so far in 2026.
The mayor’s announcement stated, “This total represents the fewest homicides ever recorded in Baltimore through the first six months of a calendar year. Compared to this date last year, Baltimore has seen a 23.1% decrease in homicides and a 2.5% decrease in non-fatal shootings.”
Baltimore Police confirmed to Fox News Digital that “the victim sustained minor bruising from the assault.”
Responses from 7-Eleven and the Baltimore Police Department regarding the incident were not immediately available to The Post.
The investigation remains underway.
