Yolanda Hadid has decided to part ways with her idyllic family farm, putting it on the market for an eye-popping $10.8 million.
The snapshots from this enchanting Pennsylvania estate reveal it as a true wellness sanctuary, a project that the former supermodel-turned-designer has meticulously crafted.
Yolanda affectionately calls the property a slice of heaven, and it certainly appears to be with its main residence, three guest cottages, a barn, and a luxurious pool—all beautifully curated to reflect her design ethos.
This serene farm in Bucks County also provided a haven for her daughters, Bella and Gigi, offering space to ride horses and train in the jumping arena while their modeling careers flourished nearby.

This 30-acre property features a picturesque lavender farm and an equestrian estate, complete with a renovated 8,000-square-foot stone barn that has been transformed into an entertainment space and gym, along with another barn that has been rebuilt into a professional equestrian facility.
For Yolanda, selling this cherished property will undoubtedly carry a mix of bittersweet emotions.
In a heartfelt statement, Yolanda reflected, “Eight years ago, after my divorce and years wrestling with chronic neurological Lyme disease, I sought refuge from the clamor of urban living. I yearned for a sanctuary to heal and rediscover my bond with nature, much like my upbringing in Holland. The moment I discovered this farm, I was smitten… At that time, there were no gates, so I parked on the roadway and walked down the lengthy driveway. The energy was palpable; I instantly felt at home, even before glimpsing the structures.”
The listing is being handled by Carl Gambino of the Gambino Group at Compass and Revi Haviv of Addison Wolfe Real Estate.
