WWE has been undergoing numerous changes under the leadership of Triple H, and one current champion is advocating for a major adjustment to the roster in the near future. Bianca Belair, a prominent figure in WWE since joining in 2016, has expressed her desire for the management to introduce a secondary title in the women’s division. Belair emphasized the need for a new title to elevate more stars and create opportunities for them to shine at WrestleMania.

In a recent appearance on the Battleground podcast, Belair mentioned, “I think our roster is at a time now where you don’t know who’s going to be at ‘Mania and everybody’s trying to fight for a spot on the card. I feel like another title would really highlight the true talent of our division.” This statement reflects her belief in the stacked roster of female wrestlers and the potential for additional titles to showcase their skills and talent.

Belair, who has had significant moments at WrestleMania, is now focused on assisting the company in nurturing new talent emerging from WWE NXT. The introduction of the NXT Women’s North American Championship by Shawn Michaels has provided a platform for young talents to strive harder and make a mark in the industry.

Moreover, Triple H has introduced the Speed Championship exclusively on X, where matches have a three-minute time limit. After the men’s title was held by Ricochet and later by Andrade, a new Women’s Speed Championship is set to be crowned soon. Kairi Sane’s victory over Elektra Lopez in the tournament has positioned her as a favorite to win the title and make an impact in the wrestling scene.

While the Speed Championship matches are exclusive to X and have not been televised, the collaboration with the social media platform will allow wrestlers to explore new avenues and gain recognition on screen. This innovative approach by Triple H signifies a shift towards modernizing the wrestling landscape and providing diverse opportunities for wrestlers to showcase their talent.

In conclusion, the wrestling industry is evolving under Triple H’s leadership, with champions like Bianca Belair advocating for changes that can elevate the roster and create new opportunities for emerging talent. The introduction of secondary titles and innovative concepts like the Speed Championship are reshaping the landscape of WWE, paving the way for a more inclusive and competitive environment for wrestlers to thrive.
