If Netflix didn’t provide us with a monthly lineup of new movies, it would be quite challenging to anticipate what’s in store. In July, Netflix is offering a diverse range of films spanning from the 1970s to the present day, most of which are sourced from various studios. To help you navigate through the plethora of options, our Watch With Us team has handpicked four underrated Netflix movies that you should definitely check out this month.

Our selection includes a gem from Jon Favreau’s early career, a gripping action thriller, a captivating crime biopic, and an overlooked sequel that deserves your attention.

‘Zathura: A Space Adventure’ (2005)

If you find “Zathura” reminiscent of “Jumanji” in outer space, it’s because both stories were penned by Chris Van Allsburg. Director Jon Favreau showcased his talent by casting Josh Hutcherson and Kristen Stewart in this thrilling adventure. The plot follows two brothers, Danny (Jonah Bobo) and Walter (Hutcherson), who stumble upon a mysterious board game that alters reality around them and their sister, Lisa (Stewart). With their house trapped in space until the game is completed, the brothers seek guidance from an enigmatic astronaut (Dax Shepard) to find a way back home.

‘Wanted’ (2008)

“Wanted” may deviate slightly from its comic book source material, but it delivers exhilarating action sequences and a stellar cast led by James McAvoy, Angelina Jolie, and Morgan Freeman. McAvoy plays Wesley Gibson, a timid office worker recruited by a secret society of assassins. As Wesley hones his skills, he uncovers dark truths about the organization and must navigate a treacherous path to survival.

‘Blow’ (2001)

Johnny Depp shines in “Blow” as George Jung, a notorious drug smuggler operating in the ’70s and ’80s. Based on Jung’s real-life experiences, the film follows his rise in the criminal underworld and his eventual downfall as he becomes entangled with the infamous Pablo Escobar. “Blow” offers a gripping portrayal of Jung’s journey through the highs and lows of the drug trade.

‘Jaws 2’ (1978)

While sequels often fall short of the original, “Jaws 2” stands out as a worthy follow-up to the classic thriller. Police Chief Martin Brody (Roy Scheider) once again finds himself battling a deadly shark terrorizing Amity Island. As he faces skepticism from the townspeople, Brody must confront the predator to protect his loved ones from impending danger.

With these four hidden gems now available on Netflix, July promises a diverse mix of cinematic experiences for viewers to enjoy. Don’t miss out on these underrated movies that offer entertainment and thrills for every taste. the perspective of a small business owner struggling to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a small business owner, the past year has been one of the most challenging times I have ever faced. The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on my business, leaving me scrambling to find ways to survive in the face of unprecedented challenges.

When the pandemic first hit, I was forced to close my doors temporarily as businesses across the country were ordered to shut down to slow the spread of the virus. This sudden loss of revenue was a huge blow to my business, and I was left wondering how I would be able to keep my doors open in the long term.

As the weeks turned into months, I realized that simply waiting for the pandemic to end was not a viable strategy. I had to pivot and adapt in order to survive. I quickly shifted my business online, setting up a website and offering virtual services to customers who were stuck at home.

While this helped to bring in some much-needed revenue, it was far from a perfect solution. The shift to online sales required a huge investment of time and money, and I struggled to keep up with the demands of running an online business while also trying to keep my physical store afloat.

To make matters worse, the pandemic has caused a significant decrease in foot traffic to my store. With many people still wary of going out in public, my once bustling store now sits empty for much of the day. This loss of in-person customers has been devastating, and I am constantly worried about how I will be able to pay my bills and keep my business afloat.

Despite these challenges, I have refused to give up. I have had to make difficult decisions, such as laying off employees and cutting costs wherever possible, in order to keep my business running. I have also been forced to get creative with my marketing efforts, reaching out to customers through social media and other online channels in order to drum up business.

It has been a long and difficult road, but I am determined to survive this pandemic and come out stronger on the other side. I have learned valuable lessons about resilience and adaptability, and I am hopeful that my business will be able to weather this storm and emerge successful once again.
