What I’m observing is that the majority of protestors are maintaining a respectful demeanor, yet ICE’s approach is alarmingly forceful. Let’s not forget that they are forcibly restraining children.
They have been conducting midnight raids in residential buildings, ripping families apart and even dragging individuals into the streets inappropriately attired.
This resembles Gestapo-style tactics in Chicago, which seems to be precisely the kind of intimidation that Trump aims to instill. But that won’t deter us—recording these events is critical, and we will ensure that, akin to the ruling made in Portland, we challenge the legitimacy of the Trump administration’s directives.
