Diddy is expected to complete the remainder of his 50-month prison term in a facility situated as close as feasible to the New York metro area, according to the sentencing judge.
As stated in recently acquired legal documents by TMZ, Judge Arun Subramanian refrains from specifying a particular prison but emphasizes that Diddy should remain close to his home.
In addition to location, the judge insists that Diddy must be placed in a facility offering “any available substance abuse programs, including the Bureau of Prisons’ Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP), for which he is eligible.”
According to our sources, Diddy’s legal representatives contend that FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey is the ideal facility for him, as it allows him to “tackle drug addiction issues” while also making “family visits and rehabilitation efforts easier.”
FCI Fort Dix is located approximately 77 miles from the courthouse where Diddy’s trial took place.

Prosecutors have taken a “neutral stance” on where Diddy should serve his sentence, with the ultimate decision resting with the Bureau of Prisons.
Regardless of his prison location, Diddy must remain cautious, as his longtime attorney Mark Geragos mentioned on the “2 Angry Men” podcast that Diddy is likely to become a target among other inmates, even in a low-security facility.

In a twist, Diddy has reportedly reached out to Trump seeking a pardon.
