AMC Networks has announced exciting new cast members for “Anne Rice’s The Vampire Lestat,” which is slated for a 2026 premiere.
As the third season of “Interview with the Vampire,” “The Vampire Lestat” will showcase Sheila Atim (“The Woman King”) in the role of Akasha, Noah Reid (“Schitt’s Creek”) as Larry, Ryan Kattner (“Destroy All Neighbors”) portraying Salamander, Seamus Patterson (“Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities”) as Alex, and Sarah Swire (“The Boys”) as TC. This casting reveal was made during the Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe panel at New York Comic-Con.
Joining the panel were cast members Sam Reid, Jacob Anderson, Eric Bogosian, Assad Zaman, and Jennifer Ehle, alongside executive producers Mark Johnson and Hannah Moscovitch, who shared the casting news and presented an exclusive teaser, available to view below.
Additionally, Christopher Heyerdahl (“Under the Banner of Heaven”), Jeanine Serralles (“Apples Never Fall”), Ella Ballentine, and Damien Atkins were previously revealed as new cast members for the third season during San Diego Comic Con.
The panel also offered a sneak peek of “Anne Rice’s Talamasca: The Secret Order,” with its two-episode premiere set for October 26. You can watch the clip below.
Alongside the updates on Anne Rice’s projects, cast members from “The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon” discussed the highly-anticipated third season finale. Participants included star and executive producer Norman Reedus, Scott M. Gimple (Chief Content Officer for the Walking Dead Universe), showrunner David Zabel, and director Greg Nicotero, who is also an executive producer for the series. The panel featured behind-the-scenes visuals of Season 4 and a sneak peek of the third season’s finale.
“The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon” tracks Daryl (Reedus) and Carol (Melissa McBride) as they persist on their journey homeward in search of their loved ones.
