Emmanuel Macron, the globalist cheerleader of France, has once again donned the mantle of a political magician. However, after a succession of seven beleaguered Prime Ministers, his recent appointment of the eighth raises eyebrows about his political finesse.
The former banker has made headlines by reappointing Sébastien Lecornu as Prime Minister, a role he briefly held before resigning after just 27 days, and a mere 17 hours post his cabinet announcement.

Lecornu’s reappointment took many by surprise—just two days earlier, he proclaimed on national television that he was not ‘chasing the job’ and that his ‘mission was over’.
Though it remains uncertain if he can muster a working government, Lecornu faces an immediate challenge: he must present next year’s budget to Parliament on Monday.

Lecornu responded with a lengthy statement on X, indicating his willingness to ‘honor the commitment entrusted to me by the president, aiming to deliver a budget by year’s end and address the everyday concerns of our citizens.’
However, he will soon face a vote of confidence in a National Assembly where Macron, currently polling at a dismal 14%, lacks the support of a clear majority.
Right-wing leader Jordan Bardella did not mince words, calling the Lecornu II government a ‘bad joke, a democratic disgrace, and a humiliation for the French people’.
